Accessing or using this website means you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the website.

These terms apply to the website only. They do not create, replace or modify any contractual relationship regarding the services described on it. Any engagement is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement.

4. Purpose of this website

This website presents Covertia Core's activity and service domains for information purposes.

Nothing published here constitutes a binding offer, a commitment to contract, a price quotation, or a warranty as to results. Service descriptions, delivery windows and capability statements are indicative and may change without notice.

No pricing is published on this website. Commercial terms are issued individually, in writing, after a scoping discussion.

5. No professional advice

Content published on this website is general in nature. It does not constitute legal, regulatory, compliance, financial, security or operational advice, and must not be relied upon as such.

6. Access, eligibility and lawful use

The website, its structure, its text, its graphic design, its identity system, its illustrations, its diagrams and its source code are protected by applicable intellectual property law and remain the property of Covertia Core or of its licensors.

Consultation of the website grants no licence or transfer of rights. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, translation or extraction, in whole or in part, on any medium, requires prior written authorization, save for the exceptions provided by law and for normal browsing.

Certain visual assets used on this website are licensed from third parties. That licence covers their use by Covertia Core only and does not extend to any reuse by visitors.

9. Third-party names and trademarks

Names, trademarks, logos, emblems and other distinctive signs belonging to third parties and appearing on this website remain the property of their respective owners.

Their presence is descriptive or narrative and implies no affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, partnership or authorization, whether with Covertia Core or with an AI Agent it operates.

10. Personal data

Covertia Core processes personal data in accordance with the Thai Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and, where applicable to the visitor, other applicable data protection regimes.

This website collects no personal data. It has no account system, no tracking and no advertising.

Personal data reaches us only when you choose to send it — by email, or through the contact form when it is connected to a mailbox. Data sent in that way is used solely to answer your request and to assess whether an engagement is possible. It is not sold, rented or transferred for commercial purposes.

Please do not send classified material, personal data concerning third parties, or case details through this website. The scoping discussion is the appropriate channel for specifics.

Retention. Data sent through this website is kept for three years from the last contact, then deleted. Where an exchange leads to an engagement, the data is transferred to the contract file and kept for the period required by the applicable accounting and tax rules.

Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, object to its processing, or withdraw your consent at any time.

11. Cookies and local storage

This website sets no cookies. It uses no audience measurement, no analytics and no advertising tags.

It stores a single technical item in your browser's local storage: your language choice, so the site opens in the same language on your next visit. This item stays on your device, is never transmitted, and is removed when you clear your browser's site data.

12. Third-party resources

The website loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. Displaying the pages therefore causes a request to servers operated by Google, which necessarily transmits your IP address and technical information about your browser to that provider. That processing is outside Covertia Core's control and is governed by Google's own policy.

No other third-party resource is loaded.

13. External links

This website may link to third-party sites. Such links are provided for convenience. Covertia Core exercises no control over those sites and accepts no responsibility for their content, their practices or their availability.

14. Availability and security

Covertia Core makes reasonable efforts to keep the website available and its content accurate, without warranting uninterrupted access, absence of error, or absence of interruption for maintenance or technical reasons.

Access may be suspended, restricted or discontinued at any time, without notice or compensation.
